Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, visited Raj Ghat on Wednesday ahead of his questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Sisodia, who is also the Education Minister of Delhi, was accompanied by several senior leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) including Sanjay Singh, Gopal Rai and Atishi Marlena.

The visit to Raj Ghat was seen as a show of solidarity by the AAP leaders in the face of the CBI investigation.

The CBI is investigating the alleged irregularities in the Delhi government’s advertising and publicity expenditure.

The CBI had summoned Sisodia and other AAP leaders for questioning in connection with the case.

Sisodia, who is also the Finance Minister of Delhi, had earlier said that he was ready to face the CBI and that he had nothing to hide.

The AAP leaders visited Raj Ghat to pay their respects to Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation.

The AAP leaders were seen offering flowers and garlands at the memorial.

Speaking to reporters after the visit, Sisodia said that the visit was to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi and to seek his blessings.

He said that the AAP was committed to the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and that it was fighting for the rights of the people of Delhi.

He also said that the AAP was not afraid of the CBI and that it was ready to face any investigation.

The CBI has been investigating the alleged irregularities in the Delhi government’s advertising and publicity expenditure since 2015.

The CBI had earlier questioned several senior AAP leaders including Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with the case.

The CBI has alleged that the Delhi government had spent crores of rupees on advertising and publicity without following the prescribed procedures.

The AAP has denied the allegations and has accused the CBI of acting at the behest of the Central government.

The CBI has said that it is conducting a fair and impartial investigation and that it will take appropriate action against anyone found guilty.

The visit to Raj Ghat by the AAP leaders was seen as a show of solidarity in the face of the CBI investigation.
